2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)

1.5 tablespoons chipotle powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Zest of 1 lime

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Prepare the Marinade: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, fresh lime juice, chipotle powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and lime zest. Whisk everything together until well combined.

    Marinate the Wings: Add the chicken wings to the bowl, ensuring they are well coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the wings to a resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for extra flavor).

      Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

        Arrange the Wings: Remove the wings from the marinade and shake off any excess. Arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring there is space between each wing for optimal crispiness.

          Cook the Wings: Air fry the wings at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. Check for a crispy exterior and ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

            Serve: Once cooked, remove the wings from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side for extra zesty flavor.
