Ingredients

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup chopped pecans

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for a smoother texture)

Instructions

Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. This will prevent the clusters from sticking and make for easy cleanup.

Melt the White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Add Flavors: Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt to enhance the flavor of the white chocolate.

Incorporate Add-ins: Gently fold in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans until they are evenly coated with the melted chocolate.

Form the Clusters: Using a tablespoon or a cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave some space between each cluster for even setting.

Chill to Set: Once the clusters are shaped, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is firm and set.

Serve: After the clusters are completely set, they can be removed from the parchment paper and served immediately or stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
