1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen

1 cup frozen mango chunks

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 cup coconut milk (can substitute almond or oat milk)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings:

Fresh banana slices

Sliced kiwi

Diced mango

Toasted coconut flakes
