Ingredients

1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored, and diced

2 ripe mangos, peeled and diced

2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced

1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered

1 cup blueberries

1 banana, sliced

1 orange, segmented

Juice of 2 limes

3 tablespoons honey

A handful of fresh mint leaves, chopped for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, mangos, sliced kiwis, quartered strawberries, blueberries, sliced banana, and orange segments. Gently toss to blend the flavors without mashing the fruit.

Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey until well combined. This will give a lovely zesty sweetness to the salad.

Combine: Drizzle the lime-honey dressing over the prepared fruit salad. Gently toss again to coat the fruit evenly with the dressing.

Chill: Cover the salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together for a refreshing taste.

Serve: When ready to serve, give the salad a gentle toss once more. Garnish with chopped fresh mint leaves before serving.
