1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added nutrition)

1/2 cup crushed ice (optional, for extra chill)

Prepare the Ingredients: If you haven't already, freeze the bananas the night before for a thicker smoothie texture. Gather all the ingredients.

    Blend the Bananas and Pineapple: In a blender, combine the frozen bananas and fresh pineapple chunks. Blend on low until roughly chopped.

      Add the Dairy and Sweeteners: Pour in the coconut milk and add the Greek yogurt. Then, add honey or maple syrup, chia seeds (if using), and vanilla extract.
