Ingredients
  

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh corn kernels (about 2 ears, or 1 cup canned/frozen)

1 ripe avocado, diced

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (or parsley for a milder taste)

Juice of 2 limes

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1 small jalapeño, finely diced (for heat)

Instructions
