2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 cup coconut water (or regular water)

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 cup ice cubes

1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Fruits: In a blender, add the hulled strawberries and diced mangoes. Blend until smooth. If there are any chunks, blend a little longer until you achieve a puree consistency.
