Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions (scallions)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 large egg

3 tbsp Sriracha sauce (plus more for serving)

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)

Olive oil for greasing the baking sheet

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly greased with olive oil.

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onions, minced garlic, egg, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ground ginger, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Mix Well: Using your hands, gently mix all the ingredients together until just combined. Be careful not to overmix as this can make the meatballs tough.

Form Meatballs: With wet hands (to prevent sticking), shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them onto the prepared baking sheet as you go.

Bake: Once all the meatballs are formed, bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and have a nice golden brown color.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve with a drizzle of extra Sriracha sauce on top for an added kick. These meatballs pair well with a side of rice, in a sandwich, or tossed in a fresh salad.

Garnish (optional): Garnish with additional chopped green onions or sesame seeds for extra flavor and presentation.
