1 cup buffalo sauce (hot sauce of your choice)

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1/2 cup celery, diced

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing (optional for drizzling)
