1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup vegetable broth

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Cook the Spaghetti: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti and set aside.

    Sauté the Garlic: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

      Add the Sun-Dried Tomatoes: Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
