4 large flour tortillas

2 ripe avocados

1 lime (juiced)

1 small red onion (finely chopped)

1 small tomato (diced)

1 jalapeño (seeded and minced, optional for heat)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1 cup black beans (rinsed and drained, optional)

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)

1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (for serving)

Hot sauce (for serving, optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Shape Tortillas: To create tortilla bowls, gently mold each tortilla into a bowl shape over the upside-down cups placed on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy. Allow them to cool slightly before removing from cups.
