Sizzling Shrimp Tacos with Cilantro Lime Slaw

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Juice of 1 lime

For the Cilantro Lime Slaw:

2 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced

1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced

1 cup carrots, grated

½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 2 limes

2 tablespoons honey (or agave syrup for a vegan option)

3 tablespoons olive oil

Salt, to taste

For the Tacos:

8 small corn or flour tortillas

Avocado slices, for serving

Lime wedges, for serving

Hot sauce, for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Shrimp:

    In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well-coated. Let them marinate for about 15-20 minutes while you prepare the slaw.

      Make the Cilantro Lime Slaw:

        In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced green and red cabbage, grated carrots, and chopped cilantro. In a small separate bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.           Cook the Shrimp:
