1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

4 large eggs

1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons instant espresso powder (or finely ground espresso)

1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)

1/2 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin pan or line it with mini muffin liners.

    Melt Chocolate and Butter: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the butter and semisweet chocolate chips. Stir gently until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

      Incorporate Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar and brown sugar. Pour in the melted chocolate mixture and mix until well combined.
