1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Juice of 1 lime

For the Avocado Lime Crema:

1 ripe avocado

1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Juice of 1 lime

1 small garlic clove, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

For Assembling Tacos:

8 small corn or flour tortillas

1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup corn kernels (fresh or canned)

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Lime wedges for serving

Prepare the Shrimp: In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Squeeze lime juice over the shrimp and toss to ensure they are evenly coated. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

    Make the Avocado Lime Crema: In a food processor or blender, combine the ripe avocado, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. If desired, stir in chopped cilantro for an extra burst of flavor. Set aside.

      Cook the Shrimp: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

        Warm the Tortillas: In the same skillet, briefly warm the tortillas until they are pliable, about 30 seconds per side. Alternatively, wrap them in foil and warm them in the oven.
