Instructions

Prepare the Pretzel Crust:

    - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

      - In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well mixed.

        - Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate to form an even pie crust.

          - Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is lightly golden. Let it cool completely.

            Make the Peanut Butter Filling:

              - In a large mixing bowl, beat together the creamy peanut butter, softened cream cheese, and powdered sugar using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

                - Add in the vanilla extract and mix until incorporated.

                  - In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.

                    Assemble the Pie:

                      - Pour the peanut butter filling into the cooled pretzel crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

                        - Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set (overnight is ideal for best results).

                          Finish with Topping:

                            - Once the pie is set, top it with the whipped cream. If desired, decorate with chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips for an extra touch.

                              - Slice and serve chilled.
