2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great!)

1 cup peach preserves

½ cup honey BBQ sauce

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

12 mini slider buns (or Hawaiian rolls)

½ cup coleslaw mix (optional, for topping)

Fresh peach slices (for garnish, optional)

Fresh cilantro or parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the peach preserves, honey BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until smooth and uniform.

    Shred the Chicken: If using rotisserie chicken, remove the skin and shred the meat using two forks. If your chicken is uncooked, boil or sauté it until cooked through and then shred.

      Combine Chicken with Sauce: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken and pour the peach BBQ sauce over it. Stir to combine and coat the chicken evenly. Cook for 5-7 minutes, allowing the mixture to heat through and develop flavor. Adjust seasoning as needed.

        Assemble the Sliders: While the chicken mixture is heating, cut the mini slider buns in half. Spread a spoonful of the warm peach BBQ chicken onto the bottom half of each slider bun.
