1 large flatbread or naan

2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced

1 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced or torn into small pieces

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon balsamic glaze (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat as well.

    Prepare the Flatbread: Place the flatbread or naan on a baking sheet or a hot pizza stone. Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil over the surface of the flatbread, spreading it evenly.

      Layer the Ingredients: Evenly distribute the slices of fresh mozzarella over the flatbread. Arrange the peach slices on top of the cheese, overlapping them slightly for an aesthetic appearance.

        Season: Sprinkle the chopped basil leaves over the peaches and mozzarella. Season the flatbread with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes, if you enjoy a bit of heat.

          Bake: Place the flatbread in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling, and the edges of the flatbread are golden-brown.
