2 lbs chicken wings, cleaned and patted dry

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a kick)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Wings: In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, onion powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes if you’re using them. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated.

      Bake the Wings: Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake them in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
