4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1 large lemon)

Zest of 1 lemon

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, thyme, oregano, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for best flavor).

    Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

      Prepare the Pan: In a large, rimmed baking sheet or roasting pan, arrange the marinated chicken breasts in the center. Toss the green beans and cherry tomatoes in the remaining marinade from the bowl until they are fully coated, then place them around the chicken on the baking sheet.

        Bake: Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C) and the green beans are tender-crisp. You may want to give the vegetables a stir halfway through to ensure even cooking.
