2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt (to taste)

¼ teaspoon black pepper (to taste)

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Sauté Aromatics: In a large oven-safe skillet or pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until it becomes translucent. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

      Add Ingredients: To the skillet, add the uncooked rice, shredded chicken, broccoli florets, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together to ensure the rice and broccoli are well-distributed.
