Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed

Additional banana slices and whipped topping for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Crust:

    - In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are well coated and resemble wet sand.

      - Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the crust mixture into the bottom of each serving cup or dessert glass. Press firmly to create an even layer. Set aside.

        Make the Cream Cheese Layer:

          - In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

            - Sprinkle the instant vanilla pudding mix over the cream cheese and mix until well combined.

              - Gradually add the cold milk while mixing, and continue until the mixture is thick and smooth.

                - Stir in the vanilla extract, then gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.

                  Assemble the Cups:

                    - On top of the pressed graham cracker crust, add a layer of the cream cheese mixture, filling each cup about halfway.

                      - Add a few banana slices on top of the cream cheese layer.

                        - Spoon more of the cream cheese mixture over the bananas, filling the cups to the top.

                          Chill and Serve:

                            - Cover the cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the filling to set.

                              - Just before serving, top each cup with additional banana slices and a generous dollop of whipped topping for a beautiful presentation.
