1 pound ground turkey

1 cup turkey bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 package crescent roll dough

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a large baking sheet with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.

    Cook the Turkey Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped turkey bacon. Cook until crispy and browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels to absorb excess fat.

      Prepare the Turkey Filling: In the same skillet, add the ground turkey and cook until browned and fully cooked through, approximately 8-10 minutes. Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked turkey bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, and green onions. Mix until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined. Remove from heat.

        Roll Out Crescent Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean, flat surface and press the seams together to form a rectangle. You can use a rolling pin to ensure it's evenly combined.

          Fill the Rolls: Cut the dough into triangles (following the dotted lines) and place about a tablespoon of the turkey mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Roll from the wide end to the point, tucking in the filling as you go. Place each roll point-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

            Bake: Brush the tops of the rolls lightly with olive oil for a golden finish. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.

              Serve: Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving. These mini breakfast rolls are great warm but can also be enjoyed at room temperature!
