Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Olive oil or cooking spray, for greasing

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil or cooking spray.

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Prepare the Biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 3 inches in diameter, using your hands or a rolling pin.

Fill the Biscuits: Place a generous tablespoon of the spinach-artichoke filling in the center of each biscuit circle. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching tightly to seal. You should have little balls that are securely filled.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the sealed biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy them warm!
