2 cans (7.5 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup pizza sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1.5 cups mini pepperoni slices

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with the palm of your hand to create small rounds.

      Assemble the Sliders: Place half of the flattened biscuits on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each biscuit. Top with a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella, followed by a few mini pepperoni slices. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the toppings.

        Add More Cheese: Place another flattened biscuit on top of the toppings to create a slider. Press down gently to secure the layers. Repeat with the remaining biscuits and toppings.

          Brush with Olive Oil: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Brush this mixture over the tops of each slider for extra flavor and a beautiful golden finish.

            Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the sliders are golden brown and puffed up.
