2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup celery, finely chopped

½ cup red grapes, halved

¼ cup almonds, slivered (or walnuts for a twist)

12 mini slider buns

Lettuce leaves (for serving)

Fresh herbs (such as dill or parsley, for garnish)

Instructions
 

Combine the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until the chicken is well-coated.

    Blend in the Crunch: Add the finely chopped celery, halved grapes, and slivered almonds to the chicken mixture. Stir gently until everything is incorporated evenly. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

      Chill for Flavor: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the chicken salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. This will also make it easier to handle when assembling the sliders.
