Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup diced dill pickles (optional)

1 tablespoon yellow mustard (optional)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat, then add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes, mixing well. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Prepare Biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Roll each biscuit out a little with a rolling pin to make them larger for stuffing.

Stuff the Biscuits: Place a small spoonful of the cooked ground beef mixture onto each rolled-out biscuit, then add about a tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese, and if using, a few diced pickles and a drizzle of mustard.

Seal the Biscuits: Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal tightly. Make sure there are no openings for the filling to escape.

Egg Wash: Place the stuffed biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.

Serve: Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Mini Cheeseburger Stuffed Biscuits warm!
