Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

8 large lettuce leaves (preferably butter or romaine)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 cup diced red onion

Ketchup and mustard for drizzling

Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Beef: In a large bowl, combine the ground meat with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Shape the Patties: Form the mixture into small patties, about 1 inch in diameter. You should have around 16 patties.

Cook the Patties: Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. During the last minute, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.

Prepare the Lettuce Wraps: While the patties are cooking, rinse and dry the lettuce leaves. These will serve as your buns.

Assemble the Stacks: Take a lettuce leaf and layer a cheeseburger patty on top. Add a few cherry tomato halves, pickle slices, and diced red onion. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.

Add More Layers: Repeat the layering process with another lettuce leaf and patty, then finish with a final lettuce leaf on top. Gently press down to secure the stack.

Serve: Arrange the mini cheeseburger stacks on a serving platter and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy immediately!
