Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

1 cup cooked shredded chicken

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to your spice preference)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced (optional)

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon melted butter

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Chicken Mixture: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and green onions (if using). Mix until well combined and creamy.

Prepare Biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small round disc, about 3 inches in diameter, using your hands or a rolling pin.

Fill Biscuits: Place a generous spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Bring the edges of the biscuit dough together and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Ensure the filling is completely enclosed.

Brush with Butter: Place the biscuit balls on the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down. Brush the tops with melted butter for a golden finish.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are puffed and golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Allow to cool for a few minutes, then transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm with extra buffalo sauce or ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
