2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1/2 cup ranch dressing (for dipping, optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Combine Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined. Set aside.

      Prepare Biscuit Dough: Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. On a lightly floured surface, flatten each biscuit into a circle about 3 inches in diameter.

        Fill and Roll: Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal. Roll gently into a ball.
