Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup butterscotch chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until well mixed. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form a crust.

Layer the toppings: On top of the crust, sprinkle the shredded coconut evenly, followed by the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and the chopped walnuts or pecans if using.

Combine the wet mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.

Pour the mixture: Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk mixture evenly over the layered toppings in the baking pan. Make sure to cover all areas for optimum sweetness.

Bake: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown and the center is set.

Cool and Cut: Once baked, remove the pan from the oven and allow it to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. For best results, chill in the refrigerator for about an hour before slicing into bars.

Serve: Cut into squares or rectangles and enjoy the delightful combination of flavors!
