Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb ground beef

6 strips of bacon, chopped

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped bacon. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet. Set the bacon aside for later.

Brown the Ground Beef: In the same skillet, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess grease if needed.

Sauté Vegetables: Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion is soft and translucent.

Prepare the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth. Stir in the Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Add Cheeses: Gradually mix in the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted and the sauce is smooth.

Combine Pasta: Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss until the pasta is fully coated in the creamy cheeseburger sauce.

Add Bacon: Stir in the reserved crispy bacon, saving a little for garnish if desired.

Serve and Garnish: Spoon the Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta into bowls and sprinkle with additional bacon and chopped parsley. Enjoy your hearty meal!
