1 cup almond flour

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika (or any desired seasoning)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Optional: sliced jalapeños for added heat

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

    Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir until well mixed.

      Add Wet Ingredients: Crack the large egg into the dry mixture, followed by the olive oil. Mix thoroughly until the dough forms a smooth consistency. If you want some heat, fold in sliced jalapeños.

        Shape the Dough: Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough to about 1/8 inch thick. Remove the top sheet of parchment paper.

          Cut the Chips: Using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife, cut the flattened dough into triangles or your desired shape for chips.

            Bake: Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough onto the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges start to brown and the chips are crispy. Be careful to not let them burn.

              Cool Down: Once baked, remove from the oven and allow the chips to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes. They will continue to crisp up as they cool.
