Ingredients

For the Sliders:

1 pound ground beef (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Slider buns (mini)

4 slices of cheddar cheese (optional)

Pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes for topping

For the Garlic Aioli:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Garlic Aioli:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-blended and set aside in the fridge to let the flavors meld.

      Make the Slider Patties:

        - In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Don’t over-mix; just combine until everything is evenly distributed.

          - Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into slider-sized patties (approximately 2-3 inches in diameter).

            Cook the Sliders:

              - Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the slider patties.

                - Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side without pressing down (this keeps them juicy). Flip the sliders and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

                  - If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking, covering the pan to melt the cheese.

                    Assemble the Sliders:

                      - Lightly toast the slider buns on the grill or in a skillet, if desired.

                        - Spread a generous amount of garlic aioli on both the top and bottom buns.

                          - Place a cooked slider patty onto the bottom bun and top with pickles, lettuce, and tomato slices.

                            - Top with the other half of the bun and serve warm.

                              Serve:

                                - Place the sliders on a serving platter and enjoy with extra garlic aioli on the side for dipping, if desired!
