1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved

3 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ginger powder (or 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger)

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Chopped green onions, for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts: Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim the ends, and cut them in half from top to bottom. Make sure to remove any outer leaves that look wilted.

      Season the Sprouts: In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to ensure they are evenly coated.

        Roast the Brussels Sprouts: Spread the Brussels sprouts cut side down on the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
