1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste
