2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

2 cups cooked white rice (preferably long grain)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup chicken broth (low sodium)

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and frozen mixed vegetables. Stir until well combined.
