1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 medium fresh mozzarella ball, sliced

1 large tomato, sliced

1 cup fresh basil leaves

4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for a kick

Prep the Artwork: In a medium bowl, combine the chopped marinated artichoke hearts, sliced mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes if using. Toss gently to combine.

    Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 1/4 of the artichoke mixture across the center of the tortilla, then drizzle with a tablespoon of balsamic glaze. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

      Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.

        Air Fry the Wraps: Lightly brush the tops of the wraps with a little olive oil for a crispy finish. Place 2 wraps in the air fryer basket (you may need to do this in batches depending on your air fryer size).
