Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the spooky-shaped pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Tomatoes and Spinach: Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften. Then, add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.

Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet along with the sliced olives, crumbled Italian sausage, dried basil, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

Add Cheese: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and stir until melted and creamy.

Serve Festively: Serve the pasta in bowls, adding more Parmesan if desired. For a fun Halloween touch, place a few edible googly eyes on top. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
