Grilled Chicken Caesar Lettuce Wraps

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 head of romaine lettuce, leaves separated

½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup croutons (optional)

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.

      Slice the Chicken: Once rested, slice the grilled chicken into thin strips.
