Golden Grahams S'mores Bars

4 cups Golden Grahams cereal

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Prepare the Baking Dish: Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later. Lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.

    Melt Butter and Peanut Butter: In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter and creamy peanut butter together, stirring continuously until smooth and combined.

      Add Sugar and Vanilla: Once melted, remove from heat. Stir in the granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until fully incorporated.

        Combine with Cereal: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Golden Grahams cereal and mini marshmallows. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and marshmallows, and stir gently until all the cereal is well coated.
