1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper until all the cauliflower is well coated.

Add Cheese: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned cauliflower, and toss again to ensure an even coating.

Spread on Baking Sheet: Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded to promote even roasting.

Roast: Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through for even cooking.

Garnish & Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zesty kick.
