Ingredients

1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon sea salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Green Beans: Wash the green beans thoroughly and trim off both ends. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Seasoning Mix: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Whisk until the mixture is well combined.

Coat the Green Beans: Add the trimmed green beans to the bowl and toss until they’re evenly coated with the olive oil mixture.

Cheesy Coating: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the green beans and toss again until the beans are fully coated in cheese.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the seasoned green beans out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they’re not overlapping to ensure they crisp up nicely.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the green beans are crispy and golden brown. Keep an eye on them, as they can burn quickly!

Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley for a pop of color. Serve warm as a crunchy snack or a delightful side dish!
