2 cups grated potatoes (about 2 large russet potatoes)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (or cornstarch for gluten-free)

2 tablespoons olive oil (or cooking spray)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prep the Potatoes: Start by peeling the russet potatoes and grating them using a box grater or food processor. Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much excess moisture as possible. This step is crucial for achieving crispy tots.

    Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and flour. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

      Shape the Tots: With clean hands, take small portions of the mixture (about 1.5 tablespoons each) and shape them into small cylindrical or oval shapes. Make sure they are compact to hold together while cooking.

        Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
