1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Creamy Pasta:

8 oz (225g) pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti works best)

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta:

    - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.

      Prepare Chicken Bites:

        - In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

          - Add the chicken pieces to the skillet. Sprinkle with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and browned on all sides.

            - Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set aside.

              Make the Creamy Sauce:

                - In the same skillet, add the olive oil and the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, stir in the heavy cream.

                  - Add the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water to reach your desired consistency.

                    Combine Pasta and Chicken:

                      - Add the cooked pasta and chicken bites back into the skillet. Toss well to coat everything in the creamy sauce, heating for 1-2 minutes until combined thoroughly.

                        Serve:

                          - Divide the creamy pasta and garlic butter chicken bites among plates. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and basil leaves. Serve hot and enjoy the delightful flavors!
