Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or flavored yogurt of your choice)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)

1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, apricots)

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks

1/4 cup coconut flakes (optional)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Mix the Yogurt Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup) along with the vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed and smooth.

Prepare the Trail Mix: In another bowl, mix together the nuts, dried fruits, dark chocolate chips, and coconut flakes (if using). Set aside.

Combine Ingredients: Gently fold the trail mix into the yogurt mixture, ensuring that every bite has a variety of ingredients.

Spread the Mixture: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula to about 1/2 inch thick.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it freeze for about 3-4 hours, or until the yogurt is completely solid.

Break into Clusters: Once frozen, remove the bark from the baking sheet and lift it off the parchment paper. Break the bark into clusters of your desired size.

Store & Enjoy: Store the Frozen Yogurt Trail Mix Bark Clusters in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy as a refreshing snack!
