Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder

3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup mixed berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)

1 tablespoon coconut flakes (optional for extra flavor)

Popsicle molds & sticks

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, matcha powder, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well-blended. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey/maple if desired.

Layer Ingredients: Start by spooning about 1 tablespoon of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of each popsicle mold. Next, add a layer of granola (about 1 tablespoon), followed by a layer of mixed berries (about 5-7 berries depending on size).

Repeat the Layers: Add another tablespoon of the yogurt mixture on top of the granola and berries. Repeat the layering process until the molds are filled, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

Final Touch: For added texture, sprinkle a few more granola pieces and coconut flakes on top of the final yogurt layer before inserting the popsicle sticks.

Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.

Unmold and Serve: Once frozen solid, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help release the pops. Gently pull on the sticks to remove the popsicles.

Enjoy: Treat yourself to these refreshing and healthy Frozen Yogurt Matcha Granola Pops on a warm day or as a delightful snack!
