2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced

3 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional: shredded coconut or chopped nuts for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Fruit: In a blender, add the diced mangoes along with the lime juice and half of the honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy. Set the mango puree aside.

    Mix the Yogurt: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, the remaining honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until everything is incorporated into a smooth mixture.

      Layer the Ingredients: Take a silicone bar mold (or any other suitable mold) and start by pouring a layer of the mango puree at the bottom, filling it about one-third of the way.

        Add the Kiwi: Layer the sliced kiwis on top of the mango layer, distributing them evenly across the mold.

          Finish with Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture over the kiwi layer until the molds are nearly full, leaving a tiny bit of space at the top for expansion.

            Freeze: Gently tap the mold on the counter to remove any air bubbles, then cover the mold with a piece of plastic wrap or a lid. Place it in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until the bars are completely frozen.

              Serve: Once frozen, remove the bars from the mold by running warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds. This will help release the bars. Cut into portions if needed.

                Garnish (Optional): If desired, sprinkle with shredded coconut or chopped nuts for added texture and flavor before serving.
