Ingredients

2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice)

3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional toppings: granola, mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, or crushed nuts

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Slice the Fruit: Carefully slice the kiwis and strawberries as per the ingredient list. Aim for uniform thickness to ensure even freezing.

Create the Rounds: On a parchment-lined baking sheet, place half of the kiwi rounds. Spread a generous spoonful of the yogurt mixture on top of each kiwi slice.

Layer with Strawberries: Press a slice of strawberry onto the yogurt-covered kiwi rounds, then top each with another spoonful of the yogurt mixture.

Add Toppings: If desired, sprinkle your choice of toppings over the yogurt layer. This adds flavor and a delightful crunch.

Freeze: Carefully transfer the baking sheet to the freezer. Allow the rounds to freeze for about 2-3 hours, or until they are solid.

Serve and Enjoy: Once fully frozen, remove from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for a minute for easier removal. Serve immediately and enjoy your icy snack!
