Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup granola (your favorite mix)

1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen; strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (for added sweetness)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional for extra sweetness)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Base: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. This will prevent the yogurt from sticking and make it easier to remove once frozen.

Mix the Yogurt: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup). Stir until well blended and creamy.

Spread the Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it evenly to about 1/2 inch thickness.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle the granola evenly over the yogurt layer. Then, scatter the mixed berries, chopped nuts, and mini chocolate chips across the top. Make sure to distribute them evenly for a nice balance in each bite.

Sprinkle with Salt: Lightly sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the entire mixture to enhance the flavors.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.

Break into Pieces: Once frozen, remove the bark from the baking sheet by lifting the parchment paper. Break the bark into pieces with your hands or a sharp knife.

Serve and Store: Enjoy immediately or transfer the pieces into a freezer-safe bag or container to store. The bark can be kept in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
