Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1 tbsp coconut oil

A pinch of sea salt (optional)

Mini muffin liners (for easy serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Peanut Butter Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until you achieve a smooth consistency.

Prepare the Muffin Tin: Line a mini muffin tin with mini muffin liners to prevent sticking.

Fill the Muffin Tins: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the yogurt mixture into each mini muffin cup. Tap the tin gently on the counter to ensure it settles evenly. Repeat until all the mixture is used up.

Freeze: Place the muffin tin in the freezer and let it chill for at least 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt mixture is completely frozen.

Melt the Chocolate: While your yogurt bombs freeze, melt the dark chocolate chips along with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.

Coat the Bombs: Once the yogurt bombs are completely frozen, remove them from the muffin tin and dip each one into the melted chocolate. Ensure they are completely coated, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.

Set the Coating: Place the chocolate-covered yogurt bombs onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt if desired. Return them to the freezer for another 30 minutes to set the chocolate.

Serve and Enjoy: After the chocolate has hardened, your Frozen Yogurt Chocolate Peanut Butter Bombs are ready to enjoy! Keep any leftovers stored in an airtight container in the freezer.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 4 hours | Servings: 12-14 bomb bites
